UPD billet double idler inner SLEEVE only. This is the inner sleeve that you can not buy separate from dealer that goes through both the double idlers on passenger side of engine. This sleeve wears over the years or if anytime an idler has frozen up on the sleeve shaft, then wear happens and you get play in your current idlers or even when you add new idlers. Helps stabilize the M113k double idler assembly. Ultimatepd.com custom machines this sleeve to more precise tolerances than OEM.
